Delivery and Returns



We aim to despatch items within 48hours of your order being placed with delivery to a UK address only and our delivery terms are as follows:


  • Standard £3.50 – sent by Royal Mail and usually received within 3-5 working days


  • Next day £6.50 – sent by Royal Mail and next working day if ordered before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched next working day and if on a Friday will be guaranteed delivery on Monday.


  • FREE standard postage on orders over £20


  • FREE next day delivery on orders over £85


If your delivery is not received within the anticipated timeframe please let us know so we can follow up. Unfortunately we are unable to refund for lost items until 28 days has passed at which point Royal Mail will contact you (please complete the necessary form and return it) so an insurance claim can be processed.


Refunds and Returning Items  

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase but if you do require to return an item please send it back unworn and in a saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt. Sale items should be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note we do not offer free returns service, but we will refund the initial delivery charge (if one was paid) at checkout when order was originally placed. 

We kindly ask you to complete the enclosed Returns Form you would have received with your package and ensure this is included with item/s sent back to us. For ease we have provided a returns address label at the bottom of the form which should be securely placed on the package. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in the post so please obtain relevant proof/confirmation.

We will ensure your return is processed within 7 days of receipt as per the option selected on the Returns Form. If a full refund is required this will be based on the amount originally paid at checkout (as per the order confirmation) and put back on the card used for payment (or your PayPal account if this method for payment was used). If a replacement item was requested we will despatch this to you free of charge via standard first class postage and no further costs will be incurred by you.

If you wish to contact us at any time to discuss a refund or return please initially e-mail customer.services@littlebeauchic.co.uk stating your order reference as the subject title and we will respond within 24 hours.


PLEASE NOTE – WE WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND IF AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS HAS BEEN PROVIDED and the parcel has neither been received or returned to us, so we kindly ask that you double check your delivery address prior to checkout.
